After months of facing adversity, Meek Mill is finally a free man again. The Supreme Court has rejected the decision of the judge. Despite the support of the governor and the public prosecutor, Judge Genece Brinkley stood by and kept the MMG rapper behind the bars.
Meek has just released a statement via his Twitter in which he thanks his team, family and God. He also thanks the Public Prosecutor for fighting for justice. He also says that he can not wait to get back to work.
I’d like to thank God, my family, and all my public advocates for their love, support and encouragement during this difficult time. While the past five months have been a nightmare, the prayers, visits, calls, letters and rallies have helped me stay positive.
