FC Barcelona is in serious talks with the Spanish team Malaga FC over a young and talented Moroccan football player called Brahim Abdelkader Díaz.

The super kid, aged 13, is regarded by Spanish newspapers as “the new Messi” with exceptional skills since his early beginning in the realm of football at the age of 6.

His supervisors said that he was always longing to play with others players who were usually older than him, which gave him more experience and further sharpened his skills.

The agent who is in charge of negotiation is Pere Guardiola, the brother of former Barca coach Pep Guardiola.

Negotiations are set to be in favor of the Catalan team after the Diaz family agreed on letting Brahim joins the Lamezia academy in Barcelona.

But negotiations are still stalled, as the amount of money offered by Barça is below the price set by Malaga for the transfer of their player. Barça offered €50,000, while Malaga insist on obtaining €100,000.

According to Spanish newspaper Malaga Hoy Barcelona has tried for two years to obtain the transfer of the Moroccan prodigy. At the beginning of negotiations, Andalusia’s team insisted it won’t let Brahim go to Barcelona for less than €600,000.

If negotiations of FC Barcelona with Malaga FC succeeded, Brahim Abdelkader Díaz will be the second Moroccan player to join the Catalan squad after the striker Mounir Haddadi who plays with the under 18 team.
In the event the player succeeds in the coming years to play with the Barça in La Liga, Malaga could receive up to 3 €million.
